Tim holds a Level 3 Lifetime Award in Adapting Exercise for Ante and Postnatal (YMCA Fit).


This REPs Level 3 recognised qualification allows Tim to:


  1. BulletPlan and deliver safe, effective antenatal and postnatal group exercise and personal training sessions.

  2. BulletIdentify physiological and anatomical changes of pregnancy in the body and understand how this relates to gym or studio environments.

  3. BulletIdentify cases when exercise and activity are not recommended.

  4. BulletMaintain client safety and respond to an emergency situation.
