Please note that Tim does not currently provide Personal Training sessions at clients’ homes.


Exercise Referral

Tim holds an Active IQ Level 3 Certificate in Exercise Referral enabling him to work with clients suffering from a diverse range of illnesses and conditions.  Further details can be found on the Exercise Referral page.


Ante & Post Natal Clients

Tim holds a Level 3 Lifetime Award in Adapting Exercise for Ante and Postnatal enabling him to work with Ante & Post Natal clients.  Further details can be found on the Ante & Post Natal page.


Rates

Tim offers a number of different rates for 1:1 Personal Training, 2:1 Training with a Friend and also offers a number of concessional rates for Friends & Family, Older Adults (60+), Students and Armed Forces personnel, both serving and retired including Reservists.  Please visit the PT Rates page for further details and to book your personal training sessions online.
